1. Production Time (Processing)
All items at SASAKIYA SHOTEN are made-to-order.
Please allow **2-5 business days for production** before your order is shipped.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Estimated Shipping Times
After production, estimated delivery times are as follows:
* **Japan:** 3-7 business days
* **North America (USA/Canada):** 7-15 business days
* **Oceania (Australia/NZ):** 10-20 business days
*Note: Shipping times may vary due to customs delays or local carrier issues.*

3. Shipping Rates
* **Japan Domestic:** Flat Rate ¥1,000 JPY
* **International:** Flat Rate $20.00 USD
*Accurate shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.*

4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, **customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply** once the shipment reaches your destination country.
These charges are **not included** in our shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We cannot refund orders if the package is returned due to unpaid customs duties.

5. Split Shipments
If you order multiple items (e.g., a T-shirt and a Mug), they may be shipped in **separate packages** due to different production facilities or packaging requirements. You will not be charged extra shipping for split packages.
