1. Overview: Made-to-Order Business Model
All products at SASAKIYA SHOTEN are unique and produced per order (Print-on-Demand). This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
We offer a free replacement or a refund if you receive a damaged product or if there is a manufacturing error.
Please contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
*Note: A photo of the damaged or defective part is required for processing.*

3. Wrong Address & Unclaimed Shipments
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

4. Packages Lost in Transit
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
